These Terms of Sale govern the sale and delivery of products ordered through clippiq.us. They define the rights and obligations of both Clippiq USA Inc. ("we," "us," "Seller") and the Buyer ("you").
These terms work alongside our Terms of Service, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy, all available on clippiq.us.
Orders are shipped from our Saint Petersburg, FL fulfillment center to the shipping address provided at checkout, via established U.S. carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
Standard U.S. shipping is FREE on orders over $50 and typically arrives in 3–5 business days. Expedited (2–3 days) and Express (1–2 days) options are available at checkout.
While we work hard to ship promptly, occasional carrier delays may occur and are not within our direct control. We monitor every shipment and our support team is available to help if any issue arises.
You may return your Clippiq product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked. To qualify for a refund, items must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged and complete with all accessories.
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs (if applicable) are refunded with the product.

All Clippiq products are covered by a 2-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase. Hassle-free replacement is provided for covered defects.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental drops, water submersion (IPX4 is splash-resistant only), unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
To submit a warranty claim, email us at info@clippiq.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Our team responds within 24 hours.
We accept all major U.S. credit and debit cards, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD).
Every transaction on clippiq.us is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption and processed through PCI-compliant payment providers. We do not store your payment card information on our servers.
We always aim to resolve any issue directly. If you have a concern, please contact us first at info@clippiq.com — most issues are resolved within a few business days.
These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any unresolved disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pinellas County, Florida.
