ORDER PROCESSING

Same-day processing.

All orders placed before 3 PM ET on business days are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3 PM ET (or on weekends and holidays) are processed the next business day.

During U.S. holidays and major sale events, processing times may take an extra day due to higher volume.

DELIVERY

Coast to coast, 3–5 days.

Standard U.S. shipping typically arrives in 3–5 business days. East Coast deliveries often arrive in 2–3 days from our Florida warehouse. West Coast addresses generally take 4–5 days.

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx, selecting the best carrier for your address. If a carrier-side delay occurs, our team is here to help.

TRACKING

Real-time tracking.

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Use it to monitor your package in real time — from our warehouse to your doorstep.

Didn't get a tracking email? Check your spam folder, or email info@clippiq.com and we'll resend it.

DAMAGED OR MISSING

Damaged or missing items.

Please inspect your package upon arrival. If you notice visible damage, please photograph it before opening and note the damage with the delivery driver if possible.

For damaged, missing, or incorrect items, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@clippiq.com with your order number and photos. We'll make it right — fast.

MISSED DELIVERY

Missed your delivery?

If you're not home for the delivery, the carrier may attempt redelivery, leave the package at a safe location, or hold it at the nearest pickup point. Most carriers attempt delivery up to 3 times before returning the package.

If a package is returned to us undelivered, reach out to info@clippiq.com and we'll resend it (additional shipping costs may apply for re-delivery).
